Hubby & I LOVED Reces PB Cups… until health issues, allergies, and life choices removed them from our lives… BUT they’ve made a health-nut come-back around here!
I pull out a pie plate (who hasn’t wished their Reces was just a bit bigger?) and pour in a layer of “Fudge For Allergic Folks”:
Melted Coconut Oil, Honey, and Cocoa powder, in about equal parts– maybe a bit heavier on the cocoa powder.
Add a pinch of Real Salt and a dash of Vanilla Extract, and stir.
You can give it a minute or two in the refer to solidify a bit if you like.
Then a layer of the Tahini version:
Same as the Fudge version, except for a bit less Coconut Oil, and use Tahini in place of the Cocoa Powder.
If there’s space in the pie plate, and you have enough Fudge, you can put a top on your Giant, Health-Nut Reces, too.
Refrigerate, and… Indulgence 🙂
